We accept GP and specialist referrals via email (reception@shirespecialists.com.au) or fax (02) 9009 4489

Please call (02) 9009 4488 if an urgent referral is required

We suggest referrals should include:

• Basic demographic information

• Past medical history

• Current medication list

• Specific referral question

Our specialists endeavour to provide correspondence in a timely fashion (usually within 24-48 hours).
